For the Orange County Convention Center or another large venue, use the building and entrance identified by your event organizer. A venue name alone may not identify your meeting point. Include useful entrance details and a reachable passenger contact in the booking.
Choose a transfer or reserve time
Book a one-way transfer for a defined pickup and destination. For several meetings or a schedule with waiting between stops, choose By the hour and reserve the duration you need. Share the planned stops before payment and ask the team about changes or an extension rather than assuming additional time is included.
Booking for a colleague or guest
The passenger step includes a guest option. Enter the person who will actually travel and the contact details needed to coordinate their pickup. You can use guest checkout without creating a customer account. For several vehicles or separate arrival times, contact us to agree the complete plan.
Space for people and work equipment
Compare sedan, SUV and Sprinter classes against the passenger and luggage counts. Describe display materials, equipment cases or other oversized items before confirming. A group’s seating requirement and its cargo requirement should be checked separately.
Keep the reservation aligned with the itinerary
Review date, local pickup time, route, vehicle and price before paying. Keep the booking reference available for changes. Traffic and venue access can affect arrival, so build in a margin before a scheduled meeting. Corporate account terms, invoicing arrangements and dedicated coordinators are not included unless separately agreed.

Can I reserve multiple vehicles online in one booking?
The current booking flow selects one vehicle for a journey. Contact the team to arrange several vehicles or staggered arrivals.
Does a quote confirm the ride?
No. Review the payment and reservation status. A quote or a vehicle selection alone is not a confirmed booking.
