Book to your hotel, not just to “Disney World”
Use the full name and street address of the property where you are staying. A resort hotel, vacation home and park entrance are different destinations. Check the address against your accommodation confirmation and add relevant entrance or access details in the pickup notes.
Allow for the luggage that comes with a family trip
Include every passenger and suitcase when requesting vehicle options. Strollers and unusually large bags can change the space you need. If you need a child seat, contact us with the child’s age and required seat type before paying so availability, installation arrangements and any charge can be confirmed. Do not assume a child seat or grocery stop is included.
Add a stop when you need one
The one-way form supports an additional stop under Journey options. Enter its actual address so the trip can be priced appropriately. For several stops or a longer itinerary, contact the team or consider hourly service. Agree the plan before travel instead of relying on an unlisted stop being available on arrival.
Arrange the return trip carefully
Use the round-trip option when the return reverses the same pickup and destination. If you are changing hotels or departing from another address, book the correct separate journey or ask us to help arrange it. Set your return pickup using your airline’s guidance and allow for traffic, check-in and security.
